All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or deny services at our discretion.
3. Booking Policy
3.1 Hotel Booking
- Bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us.
- The customer must provide valid identity proof at the time of check-in.
- Room allocation is subject to availability and hotel rules.
- Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
3.2 Car Booking (Self-Drive)
- Customers must present a valid driving license and ID at the time of booking.
- Cars are offered on a time-bound rental basis and must be returned on time.
- The customer is responsible for fuel, tolls, traffic fines, and car condition during the rental period.
- Any damage to the car will be charged as per repair costs or insurance terms.
4. Payment Terms
- All bookings must be confirmed with a partial or full advance payment.
- Payment can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or other modes mentioned on our site.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Booking is confirmed only after payment receipt and acknowledgment from our side.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Hotel Booking
- Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in may be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
5.2 Car Rental Booking
- Cancellations made 24 hours before pick-up are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled time.
- In case of late return, extra charges apply per hour.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide true and complete personal details at the time of booking.
- Abide by hotel and car rental rules and behave responsibly.
- Not use vehicles or rooms for unlawful or harmful activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and avoid damage to any rented property.
Misuse of services may result in cancellation, penalties, or legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate services but we are not responsible for:
- Delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party service providers (hotels, drivers, etc.).
- Technical problems, site downtime, or booking errors due to internet failures.
- Loss or theft of belongings during hotel stay or travel.
- Accidents or damages occurring due to misuse or negligence by the user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
